1.The route & times of the journey are agreed with the customer and are Stipulated on the booking confirmation. 2. Any request to modify it should be made via email 48 hours before the journey. 3. Only the chauffeur may open and close doors for safety precaution and risk of accidents and damage to the car unless in an emergency. 4. The Agreed charges are paid before the journey begins. 5. No refunds can be issued after the services are provided. 6. Zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour towards our chauffeurs or services can be terminated without refund. 7. No smoking 🚭 in our limos but stops can be made for smokers. 8. DRA LIMO cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by road blocks,traffic accidents or an act of God. 9. The customer will be liable for any damages caused to our car by his/her guest during the hire period. 10. No eating or drinking is allowed in our limos. 11. All payments most be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card only. 12. DRA LIMO cannot guarantee entry into any venue, it's at the discretion of the establishments in question. 13. All our prices are guided by duration, distance and number of stops of the journey. 14. All quotes are sent via email, sms or WhatsApp. 15. Any cancellation most be made seventy two hours before the date of the journey and should be made via email.
